Clients are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, valid documentation, and truthful representations regarding ownership and lien status. Street Legal Hookup is not liable for delays or denials resulting from inaccurate or incomplete documentation.
Standard processing time is 2–4 business days from receipt of complete documentation. Specialty vehicles or Montana MVD backlogs may extend this. We will communicate any delays promptly.
If Street Legal Hookup cannot successfully register your vehicle in Montana, you receive a full refund of all service fees paid. No questions asked. This guarantee applies to our service fee. State filing fees already submitted to Montana MVD may not be recoverable but will be disclosed before filing. If you cancel before we begin processing, a full refund is issued within 3 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse service and issue a full refund for any registration we determine cannot be legally completed, including vehicles that are stolen, fraudulently represented, or subject to undisclosed active liens.
