We provide full refunds for orders cancelled before vehicle documents are submitted to our processing team.
Refund requests submitted more than 24 hours after order placement are subject to a $50 service fee for registration and titling work already begun.
When your order includes a Montana LLC, the entity is created as soon as vehicle information is completed. If you cancel after the LLC has been filed, your refund will be issued minus $300 for LLC formation fees. You retain full ownership of the LLC for future use.
No refunds are issued for services that have been completed, including VIN Checks, Temporary Tags, Registration, and Titling. For completed services, refund amounts are determined through individual case review.
Vehicles financed without a title or MCO on file cannot be registered through our service. In these cases, a refund is issued minus $35 for verification time.
Submitting fraudulent documents may make you ineligible for a full refund.
You may cancel your order before submitting vehicle documents. Once documents are received by our team, they are forwarded to the DMV and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Registration and titling customers have 90 days to submit required documentation. After 90 days, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund. You will receive transferable store credit instead. Contact us to request a timeline extension before your deadline expires.
Orders unpaid after 90 days are considered overdue. Beyond losing refund eligibility, additional charges may apply if DMV requirements change during the overdue period.
